Name, mobile number, email, job address, and messages you send us or a contractor using our office software. We collect this to run Google Business Profile work, the office board, and transactional texts you asked for.
To schedule and update jobs, send appointment and account notices, and support the shop. We do not sell phone numbers or email lists. We do not buy third-party lists to text. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Texts are transactional (appointments, job updates, account notices). Opt-in is the number you provide on a BidWell form or job intake plus a disclosure before the first text. Consent is given directly to BidWell Technologies LLC and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We keep opt-out records and honor them.
We use vendors needed to operate the service (hosting, email, SMS connectivity). We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information or messaging consent with affiliates for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep records as long as the account or job needs them, then as required by law. Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete data we hold, subject to legal holds.
